Private Suites
Our private suites are the perfect place to unwind! Choose from any one of our six unique saunas. We have options that comfortably seat one to four people, so you can sweat alone, or with friends! There is a $25 charge per additional guest.
Chilled Lavendar Towelettes
Chilled towelettes infused with lavender essential oil will cool you off and calm your mind.
Hydration & Enhancements
Filtered Water
It’s important to stay well hydrated before, during and after your sauna session. You’ll find filtered water in your private suite when you arrive for your session.
Activated Charcoal Elixer (free for members)
Activated charcoal mixed in water creates an odorless and tasteless beverage that perfectly complements your sauna session. Activated charcoal’s porous texture has a negative electrical charge, which causes it to attract positively charged molecules, such as toxins and gases. The binding of toxins allows them to more efficiently expel when you perspire, increasing the wellness benefits of sauna.
LMNT Electrolytes (free for members)
Electrolytes help maintain the balance of fluids in the body for consistent hydration, and keep you better hydrated than water on its own. We provide LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix®️ to help you stay hydrated.
Towel & Robe Service
Your suite will be stocked with fresh towels. We also have bathrobes and towel wraps available on request. ($5.00 Add On)
Chromotherapy
Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, has been used as a wellness treatment for over 2,000 years. Each color is associated with different healing properties, making it a great way to customize your sauna experience. At We Sweat, you will find medical grade chromotherapy in all of our Clearlight Sanctuary™ saunas.
Technology
All of our saunas are bluetooth enabled so you can relax to your favorite tunes as you get your sweat on! We also provide free wifi.
Freshen Up!
We recommend taking a brief, cool shower after your sauna session. Short on time? Removing excess sweat with a body wipe will do in a pinch! We have an on-site shower for a quick rinse. Reserve the shower when checking in for your appointment at the studio.
